So far, Sheikh Anas Ayrout, of Baniyas, Syria is mentioned twice on this wiki:

2011: Al-Bayda (Baniyas) massacre, Biassi family politics - he was reportedly the emir of an embryonic Baniyas emirate, with plans of blowing up power plants, before the Syrian authorities shut it down in mid-April, 2011.

2013: Latakia massacres: promotion of the attack - he urge the brining of a "balance of terror" against the Alawites of Latakia, just over a month before the rebel attack that took 11 villages, hundreds of women and children as hostages, and reportedly left a mass grave, with 200 dead including women, children, men, and an elderly Alawite cleric.
