Shutdown problematic

Shutdown is problematic as there is no spare capacity to supply electricity to civilian population in the area. Note that denying basic utilities to civilians is a war crime. Position taken by Western leaders is farcical. --Resup (talk) 00:56, 31 August 2022 (UTC)

RSG?

A video appeared, claiming to show arrest of the Ukrainian reconnaissance and sabotage group, armed with explosives, portable launchers and small arms. It is claimed that the group had details of the power plant vulnerabilities. Veracity of the video, uncertain. In particular, I am unsure how an arrest in a room, apparently at night/daybreak fits description of RSG arriving on boats, via the reservoir. They could have arrived earlier, but on the nose, things do not quite match up. Maybe they arrived earlier and did some harm already, or not. Yet, no faces, no identifiable details, a pile of launchers and a pile of papers. do not exactly add to confidence. It is quite possible that a group was apprehended, and then some demo version of the apprehension filmed. Or story told not quite accurate/detailed enough. So, let it sit here, for now --Resup (talk) 19:00, 1 September 2022 (UTC)
