One thing I notice that's helpful is that the structure at the bend is extra tall, possibly some kind of a tower. Too wide for a minaret or anything. And then we haven't discussed the burned out bus much, but apparently that's what the soldiers were in? That would mean they weren't likely transported far. No need to attack and debilitate a bus you brought them here in after hijacking it. Seems more like an ambush. --Caustic Logic 09:01, 22 September 2012 (EST)
Could be. This could be the work of some mobile rebel group operating in nominally government-held territory. The reason I think otherwise is this. The two videos seem to have several hours between them. Yet the white Toyota "ratmobile" is in the same place all the time, meaning rebel control. The bus can also be a roadblock to protect a rebel-held street. -- Petri Krohn 12:08, 22 September 2012 (EST)
