Summary

Election-day totals arranged in descending order for each candidate. The Biden and Trump numbers are from different precincts, but similarly ordered so that large precincts and totals come first.

Both election-day and mail-in ballots have been tweaked. A random number of votes is added to the Biden column. This gives a huge lead to Biden in small precincts, while Trump maintains his lead in larger precincts. There is no natural explanation for anomaly. The gray line should be even throughout the ordering.
