7-8 Apr. 2017. БКФ (блок контейнерный фронтовой)- box/block container -frontline can contain all sorts of munitions, mostly nothing to do with chemical weapons, see e.g. here. It was speculated that those are chemical weapons containers, as for example here, where marking Р-55 indicate that it contains Zoman (зоман). More chemical weapons marking here. Chemical weapons munitions are e.g. here

Markings shown: БКФ АО-2,5 рт, container for АО-2,5 рт, aviation fragmentation munition of (self) scattering type, 2.5 kg, pic,. Those munitions apparently can be a submunition in a bigger cluster bomb wiki-Russ., but it can be also dispensed from a larger container for several such bombs, as here (which resembles early WW-2 era variant of cluster bomb, I guess; will spin and throw them out....--RS).

However this container can be attached to the plane, and released at set time intervals (mentioned in passing here).
